Yesterday our neighbors, and favorite friends on the planet, moved into a new home a block or so away. I know it's not far away. It's actually really close. But, I'm still so sad. I loved having them across the street. So much so, that last night I could hardly sleep, thinking about all of the fun we have had since we met them.
It struck me as odd that I would stay awake worrying about neighbors who are still going to be living 10 houses away! LOL!
So, I stopped that negative thinking and quickly gave myself another list of things to worry/think about! LOL! Here are just a few:
* If grocery prices are on the rise, how can Little Ceasar's sell 2 large pizzas, crazy stix, dipping sauce, and 2-litres of rootbeer for $16.04?
* What's "in" a Little Ceasar's pizza anyway?
* That Little Ceasar's guy looks like a gnome. Why is the G in gnome silent? How 'bout the K in knight? (I'm an English teacher; why don't I know the answer to that?)
* How many calories are in a bag of miniature sized Snickers?
* When does Indiana Jones come out, May?
* Crap! Isn't Cinco de Mayo the 5th of May?
* Was Paula Abdul drunk on American Idol last night?
* I love Brooke White, but could someone give her a Double-Double pronto?
* If I eat 10 chocolate chips at 2am, do I really have to brush my teeth again?
* When was the last time I went to the dentist?
* Doesn't Jonah get his braces off next week?
* What am I going to do next week when I realize that our neighbors aren't right across the street anymore?
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
